Our production is voluntarily certificated, and you can check the documents at any time. We use linden wood, safe paints and lacquer for production of our souvenirs.
You can send back any goods for your own cost without explaining of the reasons during 6 months after order receiving. We will provide a refund invoice for received items and make a full refund by the way you prefer or we can exclude the refund invoice amount from your new order. The only requirement for return: returned SKU should be specified in corresponding quantity in one of your payed invoices during last 6 months (confirmation of your purchase and of the goods' price at the moment of purchase). If you are returning damaged goods, please, save all details: this will help us to return them to the factory and to check the case of damage.
Most of our souvenirs don't need special care, and they only become more expensive with time. At the same time, we should take your attention to classical Semenov Matryoshka. According to tradition, this kind of painting is made with aniline paints. This kind of paint can loose its brightness under sunlight, this is why we don't recommend to put Semenov Matryoshka at the sunlit shelves or to use them for outdoor sales.
